You can feel good about your home
Let us be there for you in this hectic time of buying or selling your home.  We want you to feel good about the largest investment you will probably ever make, and we don't want you to have to do it alone.  Have us inspect the home with you and make sure it is what you think it is.

You can be safe and educated
Become more knowledgeable about how your home is built, learn how things work within it and what to do in the event they should fail.  This is what our home inspection offers and much more.  For your safety and peace of mind spend the time and money and have us perform a professional home inspection.  Do it for yourself and for your family.  Our #1 priority is safety issues and answering your questions.

You can count on our experience
The key to finding out as much as you can about your home is hiring a good home inspector to have a look at it and the best inspector you can find has working experience.  Our inspector, Peter Palmer, has over 20 years of residential building and contracting experience and has inspected over 4500 homes. Peter knows all the major systems of a house, from building and working on them, inside and out.  Only a home inspector who has extensive time in the field can make an educated judgment on what is a real or potential problem and can also give you the right advice you need to make repairs.
Your home inspection
Your home inspection will take from 2-4 hours depending on
the size, age and condition of the house.  You are invited to
follow along with Peter as he checks the house from top to bottom, inside and out; ask questions and learn how the house is built. He will also point out the home's assets and help you set realistic maintenance goals to keep the home in top condition.
     Radon Gas

We test radon gas levels with a continuous monitor under closed
house conditions.  This usually takes 48-60 hours and provides you
with an hourly report and the average gas level detected.  You can
order a radon gas test with or without having a home inspection.

Questions and reports

We take pride in providing the best services available and Peter is always available to answer questions, before or after your inspection.  Our reports are easy to read with pictures of details and are provided to you by computer or email within 24 hours.

Appointments and cost
We offer competitive rates for our services and schedule inspections to accommodate your schedule.  Home Inspections cost as low as $295 and Radon Gas tests start at $125.  For your convenience, we accept cash, personal checks, and Visa or Master Card payments.  Call, text, or email for an appointment or price quote.

Is a mold test needed?

Hi Peter,
I am the listing agent for this property.  Thank you for your concise but
not frightening report!!  I may be calling on you in the future!

Working with you and your wife was one of the best customer/supplier relationships I've had in a long time.
Thanks, George

Dear Peter,
Thank you and your "note taker" for your friendlyand professional services and for the extras you did for me such as mouse removal, tagging valves, directions for screen removal, etc. along with some tips for the future.
